This is the reason why we monitor every step of the process with great care: we start choosing the most intense flavoured olives, we harvest them at the best ripening moment then we press them within the next 24 hours, to keep al the sensorial properties of the fruit.
With a bright green color enhanced by luminous golden overtones, « Agape » is endowed with an intense scent of olives reminding us of newly mown meadows.
Hints of artichoke and green almond are perfectly balanced with a bitter-spicy tone, to give the palate a delightful sensation.
